Fueron a\u00f1os en los que logr\u00e9 colaboraciones especiales y, por supuesto, conceptos culinarios maravillosos. Tanto para compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas como para servicios de restauraci\u00f3n, offshore y remotos. Viaj\u00e9 por todo el mundo para diversas compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas, hospitales, minas de cobre y esta\u00f1o, plataformas petrol\u00edferas, compa\u00f1\u00edas navieras, universidades y ministerios para aprender a cocinar nuevos platos, degustarlos y desarrollarlos seg\u00fan los deseos de mis \u00abinvitados\u00bb.<\/p><p><br \/>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, he participado en diversos proyectos, como la puesta en marcha del Hotel 27 en Dam y el restaurante Bougainville* y la fundaci\u00f3n del prestigioso Leading Hotels of the World, Van Oys Maastricht Retreat.
